- 2 cod fillets (6 oz each)
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 red bird's eye chilies
- Fresh cilantro leaves
- Sliced spring onions
1. Season the cod fillets lightly with salt.
2. Prepare a steamer and steam the cod fillets for about 8–10 minutes or until they are cooked through and flaky.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the fish sauce, lime juice, palm sugar, minced garlic, and chopped chilies to create the dressing. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
4. Once the cod is cooked, place it on a serving platter.
5. Drizzle the Thai lime and chili dressing over the steamed cod.
6. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and sliced spring onions.
