- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- Zest of 1 lime
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1. Combine lime juice, lime zest, minced garlic, olive oil, ground cumin, and black pepper in a bowl.
2. Marinate chicken breasts in the mixture for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
3. Preheat grill or stovetop grill pan.
4. Grill chicken for about 6 minutes per side until fully cooked and golden brown.
5. Let the chicken rest before slicing.
6. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and parsley before serving.
